Back for its fourth year, Doune the Rabbit Hole festival will run from 22-25 August. The small-scale family friendly, music and arts festival will be held at a secret location this year in central Scotland.

Since its birth, the festival has been gaining recognition from all who attend. Like the Wickerman, Doune the Rabbit Hole sets out to be family friendly and offers a vast range of arts and crafts for all to try. They say their mission is to “make Scotland happier”, and for one weekend in the year, at least, they manage to do just that for those who attend.

The first acts for this year’s festival have been announced and include, folk trio The John Langan Band, folk singer-songwriter Rachel Sermanni, ska juggernaut Bombskare as well as psychedelic blues outfit Haight Ashbury, Rozi Plain and a few others. The headliners will be revealed at a later date along with more acts. And the secret location!

Early bird tickets are available till 31st March from Brown Paper tickets and cost £68. All ticket prices and camping details are on Doune the Rabbit Hole website and you can  keep up-to-date with what’s going on their Facebook page
