Edinburgh Comedy Tour’s very own, Susan Morrison will be performing at The Stand, Edinburgh next week as part of Breaking News on Tuesday and a charity benefit night for Marie Curie Cancer Care on Wednesday.
Originally from Glasgow, Susan’s storytelling style pulls in from her life experiences as a mother, alongside topical observations, with a view to engage and encourage audience interaction.
Breaking News shares the latest hot gossip, news and current affairs. Alongside Susan Morrison featuring Vladimir McTavish plus more, the evening is billed as a completely immersive 3D experience. Not sure what is meant by that so be great to hear from you if you’re heading along.
The Marie Curie Cancer Care evening includes comedians, Dan Nightingale, Ro Campbell, Richard Melvin and Gus Lymburn. We think both promise to be excellent gigs. Having worked with Susan on the Edinburgh Comedy Tour we know she’s one funny lady.

Susan’s going to be very busy next week. She’s also managing director of the Festival of History which starts on 17 November, the day after the two Stand gigs, and runs until 30 November. Susan has a great talent for bringing history to life with stories of larger than life, but very real, human characters from the past. She introduces quite a few of them on Edinburgh Comedy Tour too.
